Beauty Treatments

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Therefore, any cancellation within the 24hours will be charged 50% of the treatment.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment.

Any pre-bookings during peak hours and holidays will need a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.

Weddings and Make-Up

A 50% deposit of the total price must be paid to secure your booking. Your date will be secured once this is paid. The deposit is refundable up to 5 months before the wedding date/event.

The next instalment must be paid one month before the wedding/event date.

Failure to pay this will result in your booking being cancelled without a refund.
